Try your hand at axe throwing in central Budapest and discover who has the accuracy to back up the boasting. An instructor explains the technique and game formats, then you have an hour to practise, compete and celebrate those perfectly placed throws.

Follow a scoring challenge or take turns at your own pace. Once the axes are down, the venue’s craft-beer bar gives you somewhere to toast the winner and dispute the results.

How the activity works

• Your guide meets you at your accommodation or an agreed meeting point and accompanies you to the venue.
• An instructor explains the safety rules and how to throw.

• The advertised per-person price is based on a group of 10 booking at least two activities.
• The organiser may refuse groups arriving intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. Dangerous behaviour will result in the activity being stopped.
