About the Budapest paintball experience

Are you ready for an all-out paintball battle with your mates?

Whether you see yourself as a master tactician or the group’s best marksman, this is your chance to bring out your competitive side and lead your team to victory.

Paintball is one of Stagventure’s most popular Budapest stag activities. With several battlefields, different missions and 200 paintballs per participant, it delivers two hours of action, teamwork and friendly rivalry.

Once the final game is over, your group can enjoy a well-earned round of cold beer before returning to Budapest by private minibus.

How the activity works

• Your group will be collected from an agreed location in Budapest and taken to the paintball venue by private minibus.
• On arrival, you’ll receive your equipment:
• Paintball marker
• Protective mask
• Coveralls
• 200 paintballs
• An instructor explains the safety rules, how to use the equipment and the available game formats.
• Your group can then divide into teams.
• Several playing areas may be available, allowing the group to try different settings during the session.
• Each participant begins with 200 paintballs. Additional ammunition can be purchased in cash at the venue if required.
• At the end of the games, your group receives a round of beer before travelling back to Budapest by private minibus.

• Paintball session: Two hours

• Indoor and outdoor playing fields are available, allowing the activity to operate throughout the year. The selected venue and field type depend on availability, weather and group size.

What to wear

Coveralls and a protective mask are provided, but you should still wear suitable clothes underneath.

We recommend:

• Comfortable sportswear
• Clothes appropriate for the season
• Sturdy, closed-toe footwear
• Shoes you do not mind getting dirty
• Extra layers during colder months

Paint may reach clothing and footwear despite the protective coveralls.

Paintballs and additional ammunition

Each participant receives 200 paintballs.

The amount of playing time these provide depends on how quickly you shoot. Players who fire frequently may use their ammunition before the end of the two-hour session.

Additional paintballs can be purchased directly at the venue in cash. The extra ammunition is not included in the standard package price.

Beer after the activity

One round of beer is included for the group after the paintball session.

Alcohol is only served once all games have finished and the paintball equipment has been returned.

Optional additions

Surprise hitchhiker

• Add a staged hitchhiker surprise during the journey to the paintball venue. A performer joins your minibus and surprises the groom with a show during the transfer.
• The exact format is subject to performer availability and vehicle rules.

Airsoft

• For a similar tactical activity without paint, choose airsoft.
• Airsoft ammunition does not leave paint marks and usually has a lighter impact than paintballs. Protective equipment and compliance with all safety instructions are still required.

Activities to combine with paintball

Paintball is usually best scheduled as the first major activity of the day, either in the morning or early afternoon.

Fake maid surprise

Start the day by surprising the groom with a themed performance at your accommodation before leaving for paintball.

Budapest thermal baths

Relax at one of Budapest’s thermal baths after the game. Depending on your itinerary, the minibus may be able to drop the group near the selected baths.

Extreme jet boat

Continue the adrenaline with an extreme jet-boat ride on the Danube. A suitable drop-off may be arranged near the departure point.

Private Danube cruise

Relax aboard a private boat with an open bar, your own music and optional adult entertainment.

Hummer H2 party tour

Begin your evening with a party ride through Budapest in a Hummer H2.

VIP nightclub table

Finish the night with a reserved VIP table and bottle service at one of Budapest’s leading clubs.

Any additional drop-off or route change must be agreed in advance and may affect the transfer price.

• The activity may not be suitable for participants with certain medical conditions.
• The selected field may be indoors or outdoors.
• Private return minibus transfers are included.
• Transfer times are approximate and depend on traffic and the collection location.
• The advertised per-person price is based on a group of 10 booking at least two activities.

Can we choose the game missions?

The instructor will explain the formats available at the venue. Your group can usually play several team-based missions during the session.

Is paintball suitable for everyone?

Most participants can take part, but anyone with a relevant injury, medical condition or mobility limitation should seek appropriate advice and inform Stagventure before booking.
