Private Return Transfer in Bucharest (Airport or Activities)

About the private return transfer

The activity’s finished. Everyone’s ready to leave. Nobody wants to organise three taxis.

Arrange your return journey in advance and leave the transport details to us. Whether you’re heading back to your accommodation after an activity or leaving Bucharest at the end of the weekend, this package covers one private transfer with local guide assistance.

For airport departures, we coordinate the pickup around your flight details and starting address. For activity transfers, agree the collection point and time beforehand so you know how you’re getting back.

Depending on availability, your group may travel in several vehicles rather than one minibus. We’ll confirm the arrangements for your booking.

How it works

• Tell us whether you need an airport departure transfer or transport back from an activity.
• Share your group size, pickup address, destination and preferred time.
• For airport journeys, provide your flight details so we can plan the collection.
• Meet your guide and transport at the agreed pickup point.
• Travel to Bucharest Airport or back to your accommodation.

If your flight details change, let us know as soon as possible so we can review the arrangements.

Location and timing

• Airport route: Your accommodation or an agreed pickup address to Bucharest Airport.
• Activity route: Your chosen activity venue to your accommodation.
• Journey time: Typically 30–60 minutes for the airport journey, depending on traffic and your starting point.
• Activity transfer time: Depends on the venue and destination.
• Group size: Up to 24 people.

Allow appropriate time for airport check-in and security. Your guide helps coordinate the journey, but traffic and flight changes can affect the schedule.

Need both directions?

Choose the Private Return Minibus Package if you need transport in both directions rather than a single journey.

Tell us your complete itinerary so we can confirm the routes, pickup times and price.

From the thermal spa to the airport

Make the most of your final day with a Thermal Spa visit, then arrange collection directly from the spa for your airport transfer.

Confirm the route and timing before booking. This replaces your accommodation-to-airport pickup; it is not an extra journey included in the standard package.

Important information

• The package covers one transfer, not multiple journeys or an unlimited transport service.
• Maximum group size: 24 people.
• Depending on availability, we may arrange several vehicles instead of one minibus.
• If your group departs on different flights, tell us beforehand. Separate pickups require additional arrangements.
• Notify us promptly about flight changes or delays.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the vehicle.
• The advertised price is per person, based on a group of 10 booking at least two activities.
• The organiser may refuse transport to anyone whose intoxication or behaviour makes the journey unsafe.

Get the journey home sorted

Send Stagventure your route, group size and travel details. We’ll help arrange the pickup so you can focus on enjoying the rest of your stay.

Frequently asked questions

Is this only an airport transfer?

No. You can book either a transfer to Bucharest Airport or a journey from an activity venue back to your accommodation.

Does the package include both journeys?

No. The booking covers one transfer on your chosen route. Ask about the return package if you need both directions.

Will everyone travel in one minibus?

Not necessarily. Depending on availability, we may use several vehicles instead of one minibus. Confirm the arrangements when booking.

How many people can book?

The package accommodates groups of up to 24 people.

Can you collect us from the thermal spa and take us to the airport?

Yes, by prior arrangement. Share your spa plans and flight details so we can confirm a suitable pickup time.

What if we have different flights?

Let us know before booking. One transfer does not cover several airport departures at different times.

What should we do if our flight changes?

Contact us as soon as possible with the updated details so we can review your pickup arrangements.
