If you’re landing in Bucharest, it’s a straightforward start without having to work out the journey into town. Alternatively, book collection from your accommodation or another agreed address when you need to reach an activity.

Along the way, use the time with your guide to discuss the programme and ask questions. You’ll arrive knowing what comes next, rather than scrolling through messages to find the booking details.

How it works

• Choose an airport arrival transfer or transport to an activity.
• Send us your group size, pickup details and destination.
• For airport collection, provide your flight information.
• Meet your guide at the agreed point, with a personalised sign to help you find them.
• Travel to your accommodation or activity venue.
• Discuss your weekend plans with your guide before, during or after the journey.

Depending on availability, we may arrange several vehicles rather than one minibus.

Location and timing

• Airport pickup: Bucharest Airport, followed by travel to your accommodation or an agreed activity.
• Activity pickup: Your accommodation or another agreed departure point.
• Airport-to-centre journey: Approximately 30–60 minutes, depending on traffic and the address.
• Activity journey: Travel time depends on the venue and starting point.
• Group size: Up to 24 people.

Confirm your route and pickup time before booking, particularly if you want to go straight from the airport to an activity.

Choose the Private Round-Trip Minibus Package if you need transport in both directions.

This one-way option covers a single journey. It does not include collection after your activity or a return airport transfer at the end of your stay.

Important information

• The package covers one transfer on your chosen route.
• Maximum group size: 24 people.
• We may use multiple vehicles instead of a single minibus, depending on availability.
• Tell us if your group arrives on different flights. Separate arrivals may require additional transfers.
• The airport parking zone allows the minibus to wait for up to five minutes. Extra parking charges apply beyond this period; this is not a five-minute limit for getting through the airport.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the vehicle.
• The advertised price is per person, based on a group of 10 booking at least two activities.
• The organiser may refuse participation if anyone arrives intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. Dangerous behaviour will bring the service to an immediate stop.

What if we arrive on separate flights?

Tell us beforehand so we can work out suitable pickup arrangements. A single booking does not automatically cover multiple arrivals.

What does the five-minute airport waiting limit mean?

It applies to the vehicle’s stay in the airport parking zone. Additional parking charges apply after five minutes. Coordinate your meeting with the guide so boarding runs smoothly.
