Mercedes G-Class Brabus Airport Transfer (Up to 14 People)

About the Brabus airport transfer

Your first toast to the groom doesn’t need to wait until the first bar.

Start your Bucharest weekend together in a Mercedes G-Class Brabus limousine, with chilled sparkling wine waiting inside. Put on the groom’s favourite music, settle in with your mates and enjoy the journey to your accommodation.

For the organiser, it also means fewer arrival-day logistics. Your guide meets the group at the airport and helps you get your bearings. Then, before, during or after the ride, you can discuss the programme and ask any questions about the weekend.

It’s a comfortable, celebratory start without having to arrange a separate activity straight after landing.

How it works

• Send us your flight details, accommodation address and group size when booking.
• Meet your local guide at Bucharest Airport and head to the Brabus limousine.
• Share the two included bottles of local sparkling wine during the journey.
• Go through your weekend plans with your guide.
• Arrive at your accommodation, ready to check in and explore the city.

Location and timing

• Pickup: Bucharest Airport.
• Drop-off: Your accommodation in Bucharest.
• Journey time: Approximately 30–60 minutes, depending on traffic and your exact destination.
• Group capacity: Maximum 14 guests.
• Transfer type: One-way arrival transfer.

The package does not include your return airport journey. Arrange that separately if you need transport at the end of your stay.

Personalise your arrival

Add a private strip show

Choose the Brabus airport transfer package with a stripper if you want entertainment during the ride. Confirm the final guest capacity and arrangements when adding a performer.

Arrange a Fake Hitchhiker surprise

Give the journey an unexpected twist with a performer posing as a hitchhiker. Ask us how this option fits your transfer before booking.

Request extra bottles

You can purchase additional alcoholic drinks in the limousine. Tell us your preferences in advance so we can inform the driver.

Book a city tour instead

Already have airport transport? Choose the separate Mercedes G-Class Brabus city ride for an outing during your stay.

Other airport transfer options

• Chrysler limousine: Up to eight guests.

Alternatively, arrange nightclub entry with a VIP table and bottle package if you’d prefer a dedicated place for the group to gather later.

These activities cost extra and are separate from your airport transfer.
