Follow the music through the Old Town, then take the evening upstairs.

This Bucharest pub crawl combines lively street-level bars with a rooftop stop overlooking the city. Your guide leads you through three or four venues, choosing a mix that suits your group’s tastes, before or after arranging your rooftop entry.

Prefer busy terraces and an alternative atmosphere? Or somewhere polished for your first round? Tell us what you enjoy, and we’ll take it into account when planning the route.

Two shots each are included at one of the bars. Beyond that, you can order what you fancy, enjoy the music and get to know the city’s nightlife. Later, stay at the rooftop venue or return to a bar that caught your attention earlier.

How it works

• Meet your guide at your accommodation or an agreed central meeting point.
• Explore 3–4 Old Town bars, with short walks between nearby venues.
• Enjoy two included shots per person at one stop.
• Visit the rooftop venue at the point that best fits the evening’s arrangements.
• Choose whether to continue there or revisit an earlier bar.
• Your guide makes sure you’ve settled into the final venue before saying goodbye.

The rooftop visit may come before or after the other bars, depending on the route and availability.

Location and timing

• Location: Bucharest’s historic centre and a nearby rooftop venue.
• Start time: Usually 10:30–11 pm.
• Duration: No fixed duration for the crawl; confirm the evening’s arrangements when booking.
• Availability: Thursday to Sunday, throughout the year.
• Getting around: Walk between nearby venues. Any additional transport costs extra.

Have dinner beforehand if you want to keep the evening moving. Ask us for restaurant suggestions when arranging your booking.

Arrange a one-hour appearance from a little-person entertainer for an unexpected twist during the crawl. Your guide helps coordinate the arrival while you keep the groom distracted.

This addition costs extra and depends on availability.

Choose the separate strip club version if your group wants adult entertainment as part of the evening. It has its own drinks inclusions and venue arrangements.

Want several rooftop stops rather than a mix of bars and one rooftop venue? Choose our separate three-hour tour of 3–4 rooftop bars.

Plan a different second night

Start your weekend by discovering the historic centre, then change the setting the following evening with a lakeside dinner.

Afterwards, continue to a premium nightclub with a separately booked VIP table and bottle package. These activities cost extra.

• The organiser may refuse participation if anyone arrives intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. Dangerous behaviour will bring the activity to an immediate stop.

Is this the same as the Rooftop Bar Tour?

No. This package combines an Old Town pub crawl with one rooftop stop. The separate Rooftop Bar Tour visits 3–4 rooftop bars over three hours.

Which drinks are included?

Each participant receives two shots at one of the bars. You pay for other drinks separately.

Does the rooftop visit come at the end?

It can take place before or after the other bars, depending on the evening’s arrangements. Confirm the route when booking.

How long does the crawl last?

There’s no fixed duration. The usual start time is around 10:30–11 pm; agree the schedule and guide arrangements beforehand.

Do we get a table at the rooftop venue?

A reserved table is not listed as an inclusion. Ask us about table options if you want one.

Are transfers included?

No. The venues are close enough for easy walks, but you cover any additional transport costs.
