• Receive your entry vouchers before your visit.
• Make your way to the spa by taxi, Uber or Bolt, or ask us about a private transfer.
• Bring your swimwear, towel and flip-flops. Staff check that you have a towel and flip-flops at the entrance.
• Store your belongings in your included locker, then explore the areas covered by your ticket.
• Enjoy the pools and sauna sessions at your own pace.
• If you fancy a meal, a drink or an extra treatment, pay for those separately on site.

Swim shorts are welcome. You can also buy towels, swimwear and flip-flops at the venue if you need them.
