Leave Bucharest behind for an outdoor quad excursion, with two people sharing each vehicle. After a briefing and introduction to the controls, follow your instructor into the countryside for a change from the city’s bars and busy streets.

The route brings your group together for an active day outdoors. Rather than organising taxis or finding the meeting point yourselves, you’ll travel with your guide in a private minibus, with the return journey included.

Set aside a good part of the day, dress for the weather and save the drinks for later. This part of the weekend calls for a clear head.

How it works

• Your guide and private minibus collect you from your accommodation.
• Travel together to the quad venue outside Bucharest.
• Meet the instructor, go through the briefing and learn how to use the vehicles.
• Put on the supplied safety equipment.
• Pair up, with two participants sharing each quad.
• Head out on the guided excursion, following the instructor’s directions.
• Afterwards, return to your accommodation by private minibus.

If both people want to drive, ask us to confirm the switching arrangements before booking. Every driver must bring a driving licence.

Location and timing

• Location: An outdoor quad venue outside Bucharest.
• Excursion duration: Two hours, according to the detailed itinerary.
• Preparation: Allow additional time for the briefing and equipment.
• Weekday transfer: Approximately 60–75 minutes each way.
• Weekend transfer: Approximately 50–60 minutes each way.
• Total duration: Around 4–5 hours, including transfers.
• Usual booking times: 10 am–6 pm.
• Availability: Throughout the year, weather permitting.

Storms or heavy snow can prevent the activity from going ahead.

For groups of fewer than 10 people, you can request one quad per person instead of sharing.

Unwind at the thermal spa

After the excursion, change the pace with a visit to the thermal spa. If you want the minibus to take you directly there, arrange the alternative drop-off with us beforehand.

Let someone else drive tonight

Later, book a Hummer limousine ride through Bucharest before heading to a nightclub.

Finish with a table of your own

Add nightclub entry with a VIP table and bottle package for your evening celebration. The spa, limousine and nightclub bookings all cost extra.

Important information

• Every quad driver must bring a driving licence.
• Alcohol is strictly prohibited before the activity.
• Two participants share each quad in the standard package.
• Maximum group size: 20 people.
• Wear clothing suitable for the weather and an outdoor activity.
• Follow the instructor’s directions throughout the excursion.
• The advertised price is per person, based on a group of 10 booking at least two activities.
• The organiser may refuse participation if anyone arrives intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. Dangerous behaviour will bring the activity to an immediate stop.

Do we each get our own quad?

No. The standard package includes one quad for every two people. Groups of fewer than 10 can request individual quads at an adjusted price.
