About the four-gun shooting experience

The AK-47 might get everyone’s attention, but it isn’t the only reason to book this session.

Try four different firearms at an outdoor range near Bucharest, with 35 rounds each and an instructor guiding you throughout. Alongside the AK-47, the package includes a Ruger 10/22 Tactical, a Glock 17 with a Roni Carbine Tactical Kit and a CZ 75 Kadet.

Rather than rushing straight into the action, you start with a safety briefing and an introduction to the equipment. Then, take your turn under supervision and experience the differences between the four firearms.

Beginners can join too. You don’t need previous shooting experience—just the required identification, a clear head and attention to the instructor’s directions.

Afterwards, compare targets with your mates. You might arrive talking about the AK-47 and leave arguing over which firearm you enjoyed most.

How it works

• Your guide sends you the exact address and meets your group at the range.
• Make your own way there, or add a private minibus transfer to your booking.
• An instructor introduces the firearms, explains the safety rules and answers your questions.
• Each participant fires 35 rounds across four firearms under instructor supervision.
• Throughout the session, the instructor offers guidance and feedback.
• Finally, collect your targets as a souvenir of the day.

Location and timing

• Location: An outdoor shooting range outside central Bucharest.
• Session duration: Approximately one hour, depending on group size and pace.
• Weekday travel: Around 40–50 minutes each way by car.
• Weekend travel: Around 50–60 minutes each way by car.
• Overall duration: Allow approximately three hours, including travel.
• Opening hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 10 am–5 pm.
• Availability: Throughout the year.

Journey times depend on traffic and your starting address. Book for the morning or early afternoon if you have evening plans.

Add private transport

Keep the group together with a private minibus transfer. You can request the outward journey, return journey or both for an additional charge.

Alternatively, arrange your own taxi, Uber or Bolt. Transport does not form part of the standard package.

Prefer a smaller shooting package?

Choose Two-Gun Shooting with an AK-47 if you want fewer firearms. That package includes 20 rounds with a 9mm pistol and five rounds with an AK-47 per person.

Plan the rest of your day

Once everyone has finished shooting, change the pace with a private boat cruise.

Later, discover the Old Town on a Bucharest Pub Crawl, or finish your evening at a nightclub with a separately booked table and bottle package.

Keep all drinking activities strictly after the shooting session.

Important information

• Every participant must bring a national identity card or passport. The range does not accept driving licences.
• Alcohol is strictly prohibited before the activity.
• Follow the instructor’s directions throughout the session.
• Each participant receives their own target.
• Transfers cost extra unless you add them to your booking.
• The advertised price is per person, based on a group of 10 booking at least two activities.
• The organiser may refuse participation if anyone arrives intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. Dangerous behaviour will bring the session to an immediate stop.
