Bubble Football

About bubble football

That mate who takes five-a-side far too seriously? Wait until he tries this.

Bubble football wraps your group in inflatable bubbles and turns a familiar kickabout into something considerably less predictable. You’ll still chase the ball and try to score, but staying upright can become an achievement of its own.

Split into teams, attempt a few ambitious moves and enjoy the reactions when those plans fall apart. Football experience helps less than you might expect, which gives everyone a reason to get involved.

Meanwhile, a game assistant explains the rules and keeps the session moving. Your guide handles the venue arrangements, leaving you to concentrate on the match and decide which moments deserve a replay over dinner.

How it works

• Meet your guide at your accommodation or an agreed meeting point.
• Travel together to the football venue, with transport at your own expense.
• Get changed and listen to the game instructions.
• Divide into teams, put on the bubbles and start playing.
• Rotate players as needed during your one-hour booking.
• Afterwards, change and continue with your plans.

The package provides 12 bubbles, although the organiser recommends using no more than 10 at once to keep the game flowing.
